Once a user purchases a monthly package, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, even if the user decides not to continue the service.
Refunds are only considered in case of duplicate payments or technical errors caused by our system. Users must report such issues within 24 hours of the transaction.
To request a refund, email us at support@floxora.in with your transaction ID and payment proof.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
